The best place ever for Arabic food—for a family or friends' gathering, or even to work or read a book. Very kid-friendly! Loved all types of Manaqeesh (Arabic pastry), Labneh, and Knafa (Arabic sweet). What we loved the most was the people who hosted us in a very family-like atmosphere. The handmade decorations are artistic, and the music corner is also the best. Very highly recommended—especially to enjoy the best coffee!

UPDATE: We've had two more visits since our time at Jerusalem Books Cafe, and each was also fantastic! A light breakfast of coffee and tosta on our second trip. Today we absolutely had to have Desayuno Palestino again. It is so delicious, so filling, so satisfying! The folks are so lovely. Highly recommended! ORIGINAL REVIEW: A lovely cafe near Puerta de Elvira, it is definitely worth visiting, and as other reviewers have suggested, have the Desayuno Palestino. The portions are generous, and the flavours of each dish are wonderful. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. The hummus was perhaps the best I've had. There is a stairlift for wheeled visitors to get to the upper level and a ramp down to the third dining area. The decor is very beautiful. I'm planning to be a repeat visitor while we stay in Granada. It's just a great dining experience. April 6, 2025 C & J

Lovely cafe with very friendly staff. We had the Palestinian breakfast for 2 and it was really good. Nice and fresh, and very reasonable price. The lovely young fella also recommended some traditional sweets which we took for later - they were delicious! Go support this lovely business when you're in Granada :)

Amazing food. We got the Palestinian breakfast for 2 with a plate of hummus and ful, was enough to feed 4 of us coupled only with an extra bowl of fattoush! Prices were very reasonable, the service was very helpful and friendly. Very cosy vibes and loved the indoor fountain.

Fantastic food, service, and ambiance. It's like there's a Palestinian grandma in the back whipping up these dishes. The Palestine Breakfast was amazing and the zaatar pie and foul were the best I have had. The lemon and hibiscus drinks were super refreshing after the morning spent at Al Hambra. Support a family owned spot that is keeping the heritage alive.
